Innovation shapes the products we use, the technologies we rely on, the systems we work within, and the future we are building. Yet for decades, many of these innovations have been designed, funded, researched, and developed without adequate representation of women.

The VOWI Articles & Advocacy initiative was created to explore and amplify conversations around these gaps — from products that fail to consider women's needs, to the underrepresentation of women in innovation teams, leadership roles, research environments, investment networks, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Through articles, research perspectives, expert insights, and lived experiences, contributors examine the challenges women continue to face across industries while highlighting the innovators, organizations, and solutions working to create change.
