How it all started?
VOWI was founded by Erila Haska, driven by her desire to create a supportive space where women in innovation can share opportunities, build meaningful connections, and strengthen their presence in the field.

Founder
Rooted in a business mindset and a passion for impact, she has built global innovation communities, programs, mentored and trained professionals, youth, start-ups and empowered changeātransforming ideas into action across business, education and the nonprofit sector.
