Our Story

How it all started?

VoWI was founded by Erila,driven by her desire to create a supportive space where women in innovation can share opportunities, build meaningful connections, and strengthen their presence in the field.

What began as her personal initiative to foster collaboration has now grown into a vibrant community of  40+ members from 20 countries. Together, we are building a powerful network that amplifies women’s voices and drives inclusive innovation across sectors and borders.

Rooted in a business mindset and a passion for impact, she has built global innovation communities, programs, mentored and trained professionals, youth, start-ups and empowered change transforming ideas into action across business, education and the nonprofit sector
