“Be Bold Barcelona was created to close a clear gap in the tech ecosystem: while many women work in tech, few have access to real visibility, mentorship, or leadership opportunities. Most communities inspire — but don’t accelerate careers.

We built Be Bold as a new kind of ecosystem: part community, part accelerator. Its two-tier model combines open access for all women in tech with an exclusive Speakers Circle for C-level leaders focused on mentoring, visibility, and board preparation.

This structure connects every level of talent — from emerging professionals to executives — turning networking into concrete career outcomes.

In just over a year, we have grown to 300+ members, partnered with companies like Microsoft, and helped women access speaking opportunities, mentorship, and leadership visibility.

Our innovation lies in transforming a traditional networking group into a scalable, impact-driven platform that empowers women and reshapes how inclusion and advancement are built in tech.”
